Description Of The Spares
Space provided for assembling S.S. Jalies ranging from 0 number to 7 should be utilized according to the requirement of the customers as given in Annexture
Hopper has a retaining capacity of 4.5 Kgs grains. Filling of additional quantity of grain will exceed the capacity of the container and would result into overflowing of the flour.
For working of the flour mill an on-off door switch with two poles has been provided to avoid electrical accident hazard, as a measure of safety for switch on the switchboard being single pole is not safer. A light indicator will exhibit whether power supply is on.
The flour mill automatically allows/disallows entry of the grains into the grinding chamber as per schedule given at Annexture which also furnishes production capacity per hour of grinding various grains in different messes suitable to the instant requirement of the customers.
As a precautionary measure a child Safety Switch has been provided. If the door is open the flour mill will not operate.
Flour Outlet from grinding chamber into the container.
Sliding Filter is provided for filtration of the flour.
A Container has been provided suitable to accumulate 4.5 Kgs of flour as per capacity provided of the hopper.
An electric single-phase motor of 1 HP, 2800RPM has been provided which operates at a lower voltage of 175 Volts. A cooling fan is also provided for maintenance of motor temperature. The average consumption of electric power would be one unit per hour approximately.
An Auto unit consisting a perfect electronic device has been provided which successfully performs the functions like Auto start / Auto close if motor gets overloaded it stops the function of the electric motor and saves its burning.
An attractive and beautiful multicolored wooden box made of strong plywood & teakwood has been provided for ensuring longer life of the box.
Additional Information Of The Auto Unit
AUTO START
Generally after filling up the grains into hopper the machine switch is activated.
AUTO STOP
The Auto feeding system will stop working after 3 minutes of the hopper getting empty. During that period all the grains remaining in the hopper and chamber as well would continue to be grounded till accomplishment of the grinding of the remnant. Thereafter the buzzer will sound on completion of the grinding and the electric motor and the coil will stop performing.
OVER LOAD
In case the motor getting overloaded the buzzer will sound for 2minutes and the motor will be automatically tripped off thereby saving the burning of the electric motor. To restart the machine first stop the machine switch & again clean the grinding chamber door properly and switch on the machine to restart it. will be equally important to note that the ungrounded grains in the chamber should in no case refilled into the hopper for regrinding as otherwise the whole grinding process will be disturbed and it would not be possible to regrind them.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The main plug be fitted in the switchboard while keeping the machine switch open, remove the upper door.
Open the front door for assembling required number of jali as per Annexture. keeping the grinding chamber tightly closed.
Fill up the hopper with grains and start the machine switch.
Thus the machine will now start the grinding process till your grinding job is over after getting the hopper empty. A single time operating duration of the machine be kept within the span of 90 minutes at a time. Never try to open the door of the grinding chamber while the machine is operational as the cutter rotates at a much higher speed of 2800 RPM which is highly dangerous while in motion and likely to cause a fatal accident.
Now switch off the machine switch and shut up the upper door.
Carefully takeout the container along with filter.
Clean the machine carefully
Close your front door properly after the cleaning till next grinding job may be carried out.
